Interaction with the business takes place through WhatsApp (via the link published on the website) or Instagram, where the user voluntarily initiates a conversation with Sara Giacu. Any data the user shares in that conversation (name, phone number, address, service preferences) will be processed for the purpose of delivering the requested service.
